El honorable Congreso de la República de Colombia rendirá honores al compositor, arreglista y músico Guillermo de Jesús Buitrago, mediante nota de estilo elaborada por la Oficina de Protocolo del Congreso de la República y suscrita por su Presidente y Secretario, y será entregada en acto solemne con la participación de una delegación paritaria de ambas Cámaras en el municipio de Ciénaga, departamento del Magdalena.
