Toda empresa que preste el servicio preferencial de lujo debe registrar la tarifa, la cual deberá ser superior cuando menos en un veinticinco por ciento (25%) a la establecida para el servicio básico. Sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que se haga acreedora la empresa, lo usuarios tendrán derecho a repetir en contra de ellas por las sumas canceladas en exceso sobre la tarifa registrada.
