º. La recepción de Enviados Extraordinarios y Ministros Plenipotenciarios o Ministros Residentes, se efectuará con las mismas formalidades que la de un Embajador, con las siguientes modificaciones

a)

El Ministro no pronunciará discurso al entrenar sus credenciales; solamente dirá unas breves palabras.

b)

Los carruajes no llevarán escolta militar.

c)

El Jefe de la Casa Militar del señor Presidente recibirá al nuevo Ministro en la galería de la planta alta del Palacio. Ceremonial para Encargados de Negocios.
