Modificación de la declaratoria. Declarada una situación de calamidad, podrá ser modificada dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes para calificarla como situación de desastre, mediante Decreto del Presidente de la República conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 19 de este Decreto.
