Facúltase al Gobierno para que determine la forma en que deba liquidarse el Departamento de Provisiones y atender a los compromisos que tenía pendientes. El Gobierno puede trasladar la suma disponible al entrar en vigencia la presente Ley, del capítulo 60 del Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso, al capítulo que Juzgue conveniente, de acuerdo con la organización que dé a la Sección de Provisiones de que trata esta Ley.
