Art. 13. En cada Distrito municipal habrá un Jurado electoral nombrado cada dos años por la Junta del Distrito electoral. Este Jurado se compondrá de cuatro miembros en los Distritos municipales cuya población no exceda de quince mil habitantes, y de seis miembros en los Distritos cuya población exceda de este número.
