°. Modifícase el numeral 40 del artículo 6° del Decreto 4712 de 2008, el cual quedará así: "40. Coordinar y dirigir el personal a su cargo, pudiendo crear grupos internos de trabajo y asignar la realización de labores específicas para el cumplimiento de sus funciones; así mismo, distribuir entre las diferentes dependencias del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público las funciones y competencias que la ley le otorgue a la Entidad, cuando las mismas no estén asignadas expresamente a alguna ellas".
