Si las partes objetan la liquidación dentro del término del traslado, el Juez teniendo en cuenta las observaciones hechas por aquellas, decide si la aprueba, o hace las alteraciones que estime justas.

Si la parte, al hacer la objeción, pide que se oigan peritos, el Juez decreta su nombramiento, y rendido el dictamen, pronuncia su resolución.

El auto del Juez en cualquiera de éstos casos es inapelable.
