De acuerdo con el artículo 11 del Decreto ya citado, en los casos en que le Tesoro General de la República corresponda efectuar directamente a los Departamentos el pago de su participación en el impuesto de consumo sobre cervezas los Administradores de Hacienda Nacional deducirán de las cuentas respectivas lo que corresponde a la Nación en el impuesto adicional de registro, a fin de que el saldo, si lo hubiere, sea entregado al respectivo Departamento. Comuníquese y publíquese.
