º. El literal a) del artículo 5º del Decreto 2314 de 1995, quedará así: "El total de las pérdidas acumuladas y las del ejercicio en curso en la siguiente proporción: ochenta y dos por ciento (82%) del total de las mismas, a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, porcentaje que se incrementará mensualmente en un 0.5% durante treinta y seis meses, de tal manera que, al finalizar dicho período, la deducción de tales pérdidas será nuevamente del 100%.
