Creación grupos internos de trabajo. El Director General de la Red de Solidaridad Social, queda facultado para conformar y determinar grupos internos de trabajo en el Nivel Central y Regional, para desarrollar las políticas de la entidad. Igualmente podrá crear Consejos Asesores, Comités o Comisiones para asegurar el desarrollo de determinadas funciones en cumplimiento del presente decreto.
