El Gobierno Nacional pondrá en funcionamiento estos planteles directamente o por intermedio de Juntas de Padres de Familia que se constituyen para tal fin, de acuerdo con la autoridad religiosa de las respectivas Parroquias.

Parágrafo

En lugares del Departamento donde actualmente funcionan establecimientos de educación femenina auspiciados por Comunidades Religiosas y en los que más tarde se creen en las mismas condiciones, bastará la constitución de la Junta de Padres de Familia, para percibir los auxilios que se decreten en la presente Ley.
