El territorio indígena a través de sus autoridades y/o estructuras de gobierno propio legalmente reconocidas, tienen derecho con las autoridades correspondientes de las entidades territoriales limítrofes del país vecino a celebrar convenios de cooperación e integración dirigidos a garantizar el derecho a la Educación Propia, y generar instancias propias de participación para mantener las relaciones entre pueblos.
