Art. 10. El Procurador general de la Nación, a quien se harán saber todas las resoluciones que dicte la Comisión y apruebe el Gobierno, si las estimaré contrarias a los intereses nacionales, aunque al acreedor se conforme con ellas, podrá ocurrir a la Corte Suprema nacional, a quien se pasara lo actuado para que se resuelva definitivamente sobre la reclamación y su cuantía, en una sola instancia, por los trámites establecidos en el artículo 9°.
