Bonos pensionales. La Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones - Caprecom reconocerá, liquidará y emitirá los bonos pensionales cuando la responsabilidad le hubiera correspondido a la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones - Telecom en liquidación. La Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones - Capreco m emitirá los bonos pensionales con cargo al patrimonio autónomo constituido en los términos de la Ley 651 de 2001 por la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones - Telecom.
