La queja podrá formularte ante el Presidente del Consejo Profesional Seccional o en su defecto, ante el Presidente del Consejo Nacional, quienes ordenarán la ratificación bajo juramento y procederán de inmediato a iniciar la respectiva investigación.
Cuando la queja se formule directamente al Consejo Profesional Nacional, éste por intermedio de su Presidente o Secretario, comisionará al correspondiente Consejo Seccional, con el fin de que inicie la respectiva investigación.
