Encargar del empleo de MAGISTRADO DEL TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR MILITAR Y POLICIAL de la planta de personal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial, al Coronel (PONAL) JOSÉ ABRAHAM LÓPEZ PARADA, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía 19306322, con perjuicio de las funciones del cargo de Juez de Dirección, del cual es titular.

Parágrafo

El cargo de Juez de Dirección que ocupa el señor Oficial mencionado en el presente artículo, queda vacante de forma temporal como consecuencia del presente encargo y será provisto temporalmente de acuerdo con las competencias otorgadas a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial.
