Art. 59 El rematador puede administrar por medio de recomendados. En este caso bastará que ponga una nota al pie del certificado, en la cual exprese que la administración de la renta queda á cargo de los individuos que designe a efecto. El asentista dará cuenta de estos nombramientos al Gobernador, y está en el deber de remover á los individuos que éste impruebe.
