Aplicación del numeral 7 del parágrafo 3° del artículo 437 del Estatuto Tributario en el régimen simple de tributación -SIMPLE. El requisito de que trata el numeral 7 del parágrafo 3° del artículo 437 del Estatuto Tributario para determinar la responsabilidad en el Impuesto sobre las Ventas - IVA de las personas naturales, solo resulta aplicable a los contribuyentes que realicen las actividades descritas en el numeral 1 del artículo 908 del Estatuto Tributario.
