Ley 209 de 1995 · mediante la cual se crea y reglamenta el funcionamiento del Fondo de Ahorro y Estabilización Petrolera.

Los resultados financieros del Fondo de Ahorro y Estabilización Petrolera se contabilizarán diariamente en las subcuentas de las entidades partícipes y se reflejarán en el valor diario de cada una de las unidades que lo componen.

Dentro del primer mes de cada año calendario, el Fondo girará las utilidades acumuladas durante el año inmediatamente anterior, que correspondan a cada entidad, las cuales se utilizarán en la forma prevista por los artículos 14 y 15 de la Ley 141 de 1994 .
