Artículo tercero. En las dependencias oficiales de que trata el presente Decreto, en donde por la naturaleza del servicio las labores habituales no puedan ser suspendidas, el trabajo en los días declarados cívicos se considerará como realizado en días ordinarios y no tendrá, por ningún concepto, la remuneración correspondiente al efectuado en dominicales o festivos.
