Comité de Evaluación de Suboficiales. El Comité de Evaluación de Suboficiales de que trata el artículo 48 del Decreto 1212 de 1990 tendrá las siguientes funciones

Revisar los antecedentes del personal de Suboficiales y evaluar sus condiciones personales, morales profesionales e intelectuales;

Proponer los retiros por incapacidad profesional;

Emitir concepto sobre la continuidad en la Institución de los Cabos Segundos que se encuentren en período de prueba;

Recomendar las fechas de ascenso con base en la antigüedad y lista de clasificación. CAPITULO IV. DESTINACION, TRASLADOS, COMISIONES Y LICENCIAS.
