Decreto 1246 de 2015 · por el cual se adiciona el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Educación para reglamentar los criterios para la asignación y distribución de los recursos para financiar las instituciones de educación superior públicas de que trata el artículo 24 de la Ley 1607 de 2012, modificado por el artículo 72 de la Ley 1739 de 2014, para el periodo gravable 2015, y se deroga una sección en el Decreto número 1068 de 2015.
