º. Condiciones. Las sociedades comisionistas que deseen disfrutar de los plazos establecidos en el artículo anterior entregarán a la respectiva bolsa de valores las acciones respectivas con el compromiso de abstenerse de ejercer los derechos políticos a ellas inherentes, o constituirán, a su elección, un negocio fiduciario con idénticos fines y alcances.
