Artículo segundo. Previa la sustracción de que trata el artículo 3° de la Ley 2ª del presente año, y cumplidos los requisitos que establece el artículo 96 del código Fiscal, el Ministerio de Agricultura procederá a dictar la correspondiente resolución de adjudicación a favor de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, de los sectores aptos para cultivos incluidos dentro del globo general que por medio del presente Decreto se destina para colonización.
