TRÁMITE. El término de instrucción del informativo será de quince (15) días hábiles, vencido el cual se correrá traslado de las diligencias al fiscal quien emitirá concepto dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles, sobre los siguientes puntos

Un resumen de los hechos;

Examen de las pruebas aportadas y su incidencia en el honor institucional o personal del presunto afectado;

Solicitud de convocatoria de tribunal de honor, o en su defecto, de exoneración de toda responsabilidad para el inculpado.
