° Destínase del Tesoro público la suma de quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) para auxiliar la terminación de los trabajos emprendidos en la ciudad de Barranquilla, de que trata el artículo 18 de la Ley 30 de 1890 , quedando en todo su vigor la primera parte de dicho artículo.
