° El artículo 90 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: "Artículo 90. Introducción de alimentos y elementos para el aseo. No constituye exportación la introducción, desde el resto del territorio aduanero nacional a zona franca industrial, de alimentos y material de aseo necesario para el normal funcionamiento de las empresas allí establecidas. El ingreso de estas mercancías a zona franca sólo demanda la tramitación por parte del interesado, del formulario de introducción, el cual deberá llevar el visto bueno del administrador de aduana en cuya jurisdicción se encuentra la zona franca".
