Concédese un auxilio de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00), pagaderos en dos (2) vigencias, a cada una de las Escuelas Normales de Roldanillo, La Unión, La Victoria, Dovio, Toro, para que levanten las aulas que son necesarias en dichos planteles, partidas que incluirá el Ministerio de Educación dentro de sus presupuestos.
