Art. 2.° Las partidas que se estiendan en el libro número 2.° se sujetarán a una fórmula determinada, a efecto de que los nuevos títulos de renta nominal puedan espedirse en esqueletos litografiados, conteniendo la copia de dichas partidas. La Direccion del Crédito nacional presentará al Poder Ejecutivo para su aprobacion los correspondientes modelos, tanto para las partidas como para los esqueletos de que se ha hablado.
