De la inclusión en la Base Unica de Datos del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección de Crédito Público . Para los efectos del artículo 16 de la Ley 533 de 1999, las obligaciones contingentes a que se refiere el presente decreto se incluirán en la Base Unica de Datos del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección de Crédito Público- como deuda pública cuando se reconozca la ocurrencia de la contingencia conforme al artículo 38 del presente decreto.
