TRANFERENCIAS DEL PRESUPUESTO GENERAL DE LA NACION. En los casos en que el Gobierno Nacional le asigne funciones al Instituto que haga necesaria una operación subsidiada en materia prestacional o asistencial, se deberán establecer las transferencias para su financiación incluidos los gastos de administración, con cargo al Presupuesto General de la Nación de conformidad con las normas legales y reglamentarias.
