Para tomar nota de las reclamaciones, examinarlas y resolverlas, se reunirá diariamente, excepto los días feriados, el Jurado Electoral, y permanecerá reunido desde las nueve de la mañana hasta las tres de la tarde, durante el término de fijación de las listas que habla el artículo 16. Pasado ese término, o no se oirán reclamaciones que posteriormente se presenten para incluir nuevos nombres en los censos, o para excluirlos de ellos, y sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 18, último inciso.
