°. Carácter de los Empleos . Los cargos de Consejero Comercial y Asesor Comercial, tendrán carácter diplomático para lo cual los nombramientos se formalizarán por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 4 del artículo 7° del Decreto-ley 2350 de 1991; los demás cargos serán de carácter administrativo.
