Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para que adquiera, con destino al Laboratorio Federico Lleras Acosta, todos los trabajos científicos que hasta hoy forman la "Reacción Lleras," lo mismo que el derecho a la propiedad literaria de sus obras.

Para atender a los gastos que ocasione el presente artículo destínase la partida de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000), y autorízase al Gobierno para abrir los créditos correspondientes en el Presupuesto de la presente vigencia.
