Artículo único. Exímese del pago de derechos de importación los buques de vapor armados ó desarmados que se introduzcan para la navegación del río Magdalena y de sus afluentes.

Quedan comprendidos en esta exención los bongos de hierro y acero para remolques.

Parágrafo

Los materiales, útiles y enseres de los buques de que se trata, quedan comprendidos en esta exención.
