º. Los exportadores podrán registrar en la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior los contratos de exportación que celebren con personas o entidades de otros países, y en tal caso las resoluciones que expida la Junta de Comercio Exterior en desarrollo de los artículos 30 de la Ley 1º de 1959, y 3º, aparte j) del Decreto-ley 1733 de 1964 no afectarán las exportaciones que deban hacerse conforme a tales contratos dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la expedición de la respectiva resolución.
