Las ternas a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberán ser remitidas a la Secretaría de Transparencia de la Presidencia de la República con una antelación no mayor a un (1) mes, contado a partir de la fecha del vencimiento de cada uno de los periodos de los respectivos representantes.
