Las administraciones municipales y distritales complementariamente con el departamento y la Nación y las entidades del sector salud según sus competencias, adoptarán las medidas sanitarias pertinentes para la prevención, mitigación y control de los riesgos para la salud derivados de los desplazamientos masivos y dispersos".
