Art. 414. En los puertos habilitados i francos de la Union en que se establecen Jefes del Resguardo, Intérpretes oficiales i bogas, habrá un bote o falúa para el servicio del puerto, bien equipado de arboladura, velámen, jarcias, cabos, ancla, remos, chumaceras, toldo i timón, que el Jefe del Resguardo tendrá cuidado se sostenga en buen estado para salir al mar i recorrer las costas i puertos, si fuero necesario, en cualquier momento dado.
