El auxilio que se decreta por la presente Ley será entregado por el Gobierno Nacional al Tesorero de la obra del alcantarillado de Neiva por cuotas mensuales de ocho mil pesos ($ 8,000) durante el tiempo de la ejecución de la obra hasta su terminación.
