Art 4° Exímese del pago de derechos de importación, hasta por el termino de diez años, y en general, de toda contribución, las máquinas, aparatos y útiles procedentes del extranjero, que introduzcan López para dar ensanche a la fábrica de tejidos que tiene en esta ciudad.

De igual exención gozarán los que se dediquen a la industria de tejidos y hagan introducciones análogas.
