Si el concepto del comité Técnico no fuere recurrido dentro del término previsto en el artículo 27 o si recurrido el comité mantiene su concepto anterior, se negare la licencia solicitada por medio de la resolución y se ordenara archivar el expediente. En caso de que el Comité Técnico modificarse su concepto y lo de favorable a la concepción de la licencia se procederá como se indica en el artículo 26.
