°. Fijanse los siguientes territorios como jurisdicción, para efectos, de mando, justicia y dependencia administrativa, de las siguientes Brigadas del Ejército

Primera Brigada. Departamento de Boyacá, Comisarías de Arauca y Casanare y la antigua Provincia de Vélez (S.) que incluye: Albania, Aguada, Bolívar, Barbosa, Giravatá, Güepsa, Jesús María, La Paz, Puente Nacional, San Benito, Sucre y Vélez.

Quinta Brigada. Departamentos de Norte de Santander y Santander, menos los Municipios a que se ha hecho referencia, incluidos en la jurisdicción de la Primera Brigada.
