Cuando se identifique la calidad de ocupante de baldío adjudicable, la autoridad competente ordenará, mediante resolución motivada, la apertura del folio de matrícula a nombre de la Nación y el registro de la medida de protección a nombre del adjudicatario. Surtido el anterior trámite, la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos informará a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, para que lo incluya en el Registro de Predios y Territorios Abandonados a Causa de la Violencia - RUPTA.
