º. Juntas Directivas. Para la conformación de la Junta Directiva de los Fondos, se determinará con una antelación hasta de cinco (5) días hábiles a la fecha de la reunión de elección, el número de directivos que corresponda elegir a cada sector, mediante el sistema del cuociente electoral sobre el total de acciones suscritas.

Parágrafo

Cuando existan acciones de la Nación, su representación estará en cabeza del Ministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural o su delegado.
