Articulo 6º Si vencido el término para la presentación de los descargos y las pruebas, la Junta encontrara hechos que probar , podrá ampliar el termino de pruebas hasta por 20 días mas, en cuyo caso deberá, ponerlo en conocimiento del inculpado, para que dentro de ese termino improrrogable, presente las pruebas que a bien tenga.
