º . Rendimientos financieros . Los rendimientos financieros generados por las cotizaciones recaudadas por las EPS y demás entidades obligadas a compensar, EOC, pertenecen al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud y sólo podrán ser apropiados por dichas entidades o, a través del Fosyga, por el Ministerio de Salud, para financiar actividades relacionadas con el recaudo de las cotizaciones y para evitar, su evasión y elusión, en los montos y condiciones establecidas en la autorización expresa del Ministerio de Salud.
