Asimismo se prohíbe sacar del país objetos de arte o cualesquiera otros que a juicio de las expresadas Academias o Cuerpos Consultivos sean de importancia tradicional o histórica, ya sean dichos objetos de propiedad pública o privada (artículo 3º, Ley 47 de 1920).
