Artículo septimo Son funciones de la Secretaría Técnica permanente

Llevar las actas de las reuniones.

Llevar el correspondiente archivo.

Servir de órgano de comunicación con las entidades oficiales y particulares.

Preparar el material de trabajo para las reuniones de los Consejos Nacionales de Trabajo y de Salarios.

Coordinar las actividades del Consejo Nacional del Trabajo y de sus comisiones asesoras del Consejo Nacional de Salarios y de los Consejos Seccionales de Salarios.

Recibir, organizar, contestar y tramitar la correspondencia de todos esos organismos.

Organizar, un centro de información para facilitar el trabajo de los Consejos y Comisiones.
